Jeremy Renner of Marvel claims he has been released from the hospital following a snow plough mishap.

Actor Jeremy Renner reports being discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment for critical wounds sustained in a snow plough accident.

I was extremely happy to watch episode 201 with my family at home, despite my recovery-related brain fog, Renner said in response to a tweet about his Paramount+ TV series Mayor Of Kingstown on Monday (Jan 16).

Renner, who was trying to use his own 7-ton (6,350kg) Pistenbully snow groomer to remove a relative’s car from a private road near Lake Tahoe on New Year’s Day, was ran over by it, according to officials.

According to a spokesman for Renner, the incident left him in serious condition with significant chest trauma and other injuries.

Although there were no indications Renner was intoxicated or that any wrongdoing had occurred, authorities are currently looking into the matter.

The 52-year-old Mission Impossible actor, who has been nominated for two Oscars, plays Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
